I'm Jess, an ex- secondary school teacher who left teaching after 7 years in the profession.
Now I am a yoga teacher and Head of Content and Wellbeing at Michael Glassock Coaching. I am passionate about living a life in alignment with my purpose, and helping people to improve their wellbeing and leave careers that are no longer serving them.
